We invest in Supporting Volunteer Efforts, such as charity work and we work in partnership with many NGO’s in order to fund and improve our reach for actions of corporative social responsibility.

We have ours company Team Member Resource Groups (TMRG) initiative. TMRGs are made up of and address concerns of African British, the LBGTQ community, Latinos, women, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and other groups.

Led by executive committee-level sponsors, the groups provide opportunities for professional growth and also give workers a chance to share feedback on their experiences and observations with high-level executives. Hiring a diverse workforce is a way of reflecting the community in which the business operates. Listening to and addressing the concerns of those diverse communities, the company believes, is good for the bottom line as well as morale.

We provide alternative formats of communication. We have accessible parking. We allow Service Animals. We provide or adjust a product, equipment, or software. We allow a flexible work schedule. Provide an aid or a service to increase access. Our facilities are all accessible, including ramps, tactile paving and other kinds of accomodations.

Murdock & Nelson uses renewable energy in its facilities and we work in partnership with farmers to incorporate agricultural methods that are designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, as one of our most promising programs of recycling.
